Termination

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service.
You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

Rules and Regulations for Remote Work Environment

To maintain a productive, respectful, and professional remote work environment, all employees are expected to follow the rules and regulations outlined below:
1. Work Hours & Availability
- All employees are expected to adhere to standard working hours of 9 hours per day & hours per week, as communicated by their respective team leaders or managers.
- Maintain a consistent work schedule and be available during core working hours to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Inform your team leader or manager in advance if you need to deviate from your regular work schedule.
2. Performance & Accountability
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks and ensure delivery of high-quality work within the agreed deadlines.
- The updated Task Sheet / Time Sheet includes a task-hours column to help track the time spent on each task.
- Failure to update the task sheet on time will be considered as absence of work or incomplete working hours for the respective day.
- Seek timely clarification or support from your team leader/manager when facing challenges or delays.
- Provide regular project updates and communicate any issues that could impact timelines or deliverables.
3. Attendance & Punctuality
- Maintain consistent and punctual attendance during the standard working hours (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)Mon – Sat.
- Notify your team leader or manager in advance if you are unable to attend work or anticipate being late.
- All leave requests must be submitted via email at least 2 days in advance.
- A leave tracker system will be implemented starting May 2025.
- Each employee is entitled to 1 paid leave per month. All other leaves will be considered unpaid, except for company-declared festive holidays.
- Ensure all daily work logs and task updates are completed before logging out each day.
4. Communication
- Use appropriate communication channels such as Email, WhatsApp, and project management tools for all work-related interactions.
- Respond promptly to messages and emails during working hours to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all forms of communication.
5. Work Environment
- Set up a dedicated, quiet, and ergonomic workspace that supports focus and productivity.
- Limit distractions during working hours to ensure effective task execution.
- Ensure stable internet connectivity and access to the necessary equipment for remote work.
6. Confidentiality & Data Security
- Protect all confidential company information and client data.
- Follow the company’s data protection policies and security protocols.
- Share sensitive information only through secure channels and with authorized personnel.
7. Professional Conduct
- Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Promote a respectful, diverse, and inclusive work culture.
- Discrimination, harassment, or any form of offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
8. Training & Development
- Continuously enhance your skills by staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices relevant to your role.
- Take initiative in self-learning and upskilling opportunities related to digital marketing and web development.
9. Compliance with Company Policies
- Understand and adhere to all applicable company policies and procedures, including those related to remote work, IT usage, confidentiality, and employee conduct.
- Promptly report any violations or concerns to the appropriate authority.
10. Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Be open to constructive feedback from team members and supervisors.
- Participate actively in performance reviews and goal-setting meetings to align your individual objectives with company goals.

a. We will make reasonable efforts to complete the website development within the agreed timeline. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, and we shall not be held responsible for any resulting damages or losses.
Payment:
a. The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the website development services as outlined in the separate agreement or proposal.
b. Payment terms, including any upfront deposits or milestones, will be specified in the separate agreement or proposal.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability:
a. We warrant that our website development services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.
b. However, we shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use or inability to use the website, including any errors or defects in the website.
Confidentiality:
a. Any confidential information shared between the client and our company during the website development process shall be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
Termination:
a. Either party may terminate the website development project by providing written notice to the other party.
b. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for any work completed up to that point, as outlined in the separate agreement or proposal.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
